Ogada is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of the Law Society of Kenya. Ogada holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Moi University School of Law and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. 

Ogada is the Lead Counsel in land law litigation at our firm with vast experience in various complex land law disputes. For instance, Ogada was part of the legal team that litigated Eric Lumosi Asiligwa & 2 others v Peter Felix Baumgartner [2018] eKLR; and Numerical Machining Complex Ltd v Athi Mlolongo Development Co. Ltd & 5 others [2019] eKLR. His knowledge in this sphere of practice is premised on the fact that he developed a strong interest in conveyancing principles during his learning and Pupillage at our firm, which knowledge he applies in solving land disputes in Court. 

Other than land law litigation, Ogada’s practice areas extend to Constitutional Law, Labour Law, Conveyancing, Health Law, Environmental Law, Criminal Litigation and Judicial Review proceedings. 

Ogada is a dedicated, result-oriented individual with immense passion for the law and a keen eye on legal research and writing. As a writer, Ogada is a columnist with the Platform Magazine for Law and Justice that publishes his monthly articles on the development of the law, among other issues. 

Ogada is an ardent football fan, a certified youth trainer with the Kenya Scouts Association, and a firm believer in charity and compassion. His philosophy is anchored on the belief that it is not what you do that makes you great, but how you do it!
