Samson is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya having been admitted in the year 2019. Samson is a member of the Law Society of Kenya. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Nairobi, a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
Samson specializes in General Litigation, Labour Law, Corporate & Commercial Law, Public Procurement Disputes, Legal Research & Consultancy, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Probate and Administration. Samson prides himself in the ability to litigate before the court. Recently, Samson litigated in one of the most important legal precedents in the country which involved the Chief Justice Advisory to the President to dissolve the Parliament which was heard before a five-judge bench. Moreover, having been a legal researcher for the University of Nairobi School of Law Moot Court, Samson has commendable skills in legal research and writing.
Samson continues to provide in-depth legal and professional knowledge to the criminal and civil litigation in the office. He is currently undertaking various cases touching on corporate and commercial law.
