Allan is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of the Law Society of Kenya. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Nairobi, a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Nairobi.
Allan specializes in General Litigation, Debt Recovery, Commercial Law Practice, Public Procurement Disputes, Legal Compliance Advisory, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Probate and Administration. Allan has commendable skills in report writing and presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, analytical techniques, and research skills.
Allan advises on a broad range of Kenyan and cross-border corporate finance and commercial transactions, including cross-border trading, joint ventures and capital markets. Allan acts for corporations, financial institutions and corporate finance intermediaries across many industry sectors, including technology, betting and gambling, media, healthcare, financial services, support services, real estate, and retail. Allan was part of the legal team that litigated Beatrice Kedeveresia Elachi v Nairobi City County Assembly Service Board & another  eKLR.
Allan has also been a Teaching Assistant at Strathmore University assisting in the teaching of Conveyancing, administrative Law, and Health Law courses.
