Benjamin is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, and a member of the Law Society of Kenya, the East African Law Society and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Moi University School of Law and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.

Benjamin has extensive experience in handling litigation matters, commercial transactions, anti-corruption matters, arbitration and mediation matters, tax law matters, client legal consultancies, labor law disputes, intellectual property transactions, and legal research. In that regard, Benjamin has successfully represented public and private companies, that is, State corporations, county governments, banks, individual clients, and insurance companies at the Supreme Court of Kenya, the Court of Appeal of Kenya, the High Court of Kenya, and the subordinate courts. For instance, Benjamin was part of the legal team that litigated Independent Electoral & Boundaries Commission v Jane Cheperenger & 2 others [2018] eKLR; Kenya National Capital Corporation v Mohan Galot & 5 others [2019] eKLR, Benson Mutura v County Government of Nairobi & 7 others [2016] eKLR; and Enos Otieno Auch v East African Portland Co Limited [2018] eKLR.
