Jack is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of the Law Society of Kenya. He is a holder of LLM from Pretoria LLB degree from University of Nairobi, LLM University of Pretoria and a post graduate diploma from the Kenya School of Law. He has a bias towards International Trade, Litigation in constitutional Law, Judicial Review, Commercial Law, Family Law and Land Law Defamation, commercial and retail property, real estate development, joint ventures, acquisitions and disposals, due diligence and real estate financing. He has particular expertise in structuring of large scale mixed developments, joint ventures, commercial and retail property;
