Eurallyah is part of the Legal Research & Policy Team at Prof. Tom Ojienda & Associates. Eurallyah holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Moi University School of Law and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Trade and Investment Laws in Africa, at the University of Pretoria, South Africa. Eurallyah also holds a Certificate in Business and Human Rights from the Centre for Human Rights, University of Pretoria, South Africa.

Eurallyah’s areas of research interest and law practice include Mergers and Acquisitions, Trade and Investment Finance Laws, State-State and Investor-State Dispute Resolution, Insolvency, and Labour-related issues. 

Eurallyah has researched and published articles and commentaries in both local and international journals, such as “Evaluating the Conciliation Dispute Settlement Mechanism of the African Continental Free Trade Area”,  published by Afronomics Law; “Western Deontology Versus Eastern Consequentialism: Whether Rwanda Needs Democracy to Achieve Economic Development”, published by African Journal of Commercial Law; and “Put Up or Shut Up: Towards a Regional Legal Pathway on Governance of Artificial Intelligence and Human Rights Accountability”, published by the Journal of Business and Human Rights.
