Catherine is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of the Law Society of Kenya. She holds a Bachelors of Laws (LLB) Degree from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. She has a broad range of knowledge and experience. She specialises in Mergers & Acquisitions, employment, corporate commercial and mining law, as well as energy, resources and joint ventures, Commercial Law, Labour Law, Conveyancing and Criminal Litigation.
